Which sports need a booking
Full-size sports like football, cricket and kabaddi need a turf, and court sports like badminton or basketball need a court booked by the hour. A few sports on LTP, like chess and carrom, usually do not need a booked venue at all: see the full list of sports for how each one actually plays out.
Cancelling and refunds
Each venue sets its own cancellation window, shown before you pay. When you cancel, LTP shows the exact amount you will get back before you confirm. If the venue cancels on you, you get a full refund. See the refund and cancellation policy.
