Loser To Pay

Business Terms

Last updated: 27 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between the business you represent ("you", "Partner") and RASKAH TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U93190DL2026PTC468749), registered office 19 B G/F Pocket-10B, Jasola, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi, South Delhi 110025, Delhi ("LTP"). They apply when you create a business account at losertopay.com/business, and sit with the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. Who may join, and your authority

You must be 18 or over, have the authority to bind the business, and give accurate information. You are responsible for everyone you add to your business account and for what they do, and you can remove them at any time. Roles (owner, manager, staff) limit what each person can do.

2. Verification

To list a venue or publish events you must be verified: your legal name, PAN, optionally GSTIN, an image of the PAN card and one government photo ID (passport, driving licence or voter ID; we do not accept Aadhaar). We keep these in private storage and use them only to verify you. We may refuse, suspend or remove a listing that we cannot verify. You will also complete Razorpay's own verification for payouts (section 6).

3. You are the seller

The sports service (the court, the event, the tournament) is yours. You set what is offered and its price, you are responsible for delivering it, and the contract is between you and the player. LTP is the marketplace. Your legal name and contact details are shown to players at booking and on tickets, as the law requires.

4. Accurate listings

Descriptions, photos, hours, prices, capacity, facilities and rules must be accurate and current. Do not list a venue you do not have the right to. Do not offer, and do not accept payment for, anything you cannot deliver. Keep court prices and timings up to date: a court with no price cannot be booked.

5. Commission, fees and price changes

LTP charges a commission on bookings and ticket sales and, where it applies, a convenience fee to players. The current rates and how they are worked out are shown in your business console and agreed when you join; they are not fixed in these terms. We give you at least 30 days' notice of any change, and a change applies only to orders placed after it takes effect. Commission is worked out from the order's recorded rates, so a later change never alters an earlier order. Tax is added where the law requires.

6. Payments and payouts

Players pay through Razorpay. At payment Razorpay divides the amount: LTP's commission goes to LTP and the rest goes to your Razorpay linked account. Your share is transferred by Razorpay and never passes through LTP's own bank account. To be paid you must complete Razorpay's verification and connect a bank account with it. Payouts follow the schedule shown in your console; LTP may instruct Razorpay to hold a payout while a refund window, dispute, chargeback or a verification question is open. LTP is not responsible for delays inside Razorpay or your bank.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for your own tax: GST registration and returns where you are liable, income tax, and any state levy on entertainment or events. LTP is treated as an e-commerce operator for GST where the law says so, and will collect tax at source, and deduct tax at source under section 194-O of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (or the corresponding provision of the Income-tax Act, 2025), where it is required to. Amounts LTP deducts are shown in your console and statements. If a law changes any of this, the change applies from the date the law requires.

8. Cancellations and refunds you are responsible for

You must show a clear cancellation and refund policy before a player pays, and it must never give less than the full refund in section 5 of the Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you cancel, an event does not take place, or a payment problem is your doing, the refund is at your cost and comes out of your share. For any full refund under section 5 of the Refund and Cancellation Policy, including a cancellation for weather or by order of an authority, your share is reversed from your linked account; if it cannot be reversed, LTP may fund the refund and recover it from your future payouts. If a refund is due after a payout has been made, LTP may set it off against your future payouts or ask you to pay it, and you agree to do so.

9. Running events and venues lawfully

You are responsible for every permission, licence and insurance your venue or event needs (including police or local authority permission, fire and safety, crowd limits, first aid and entertainment tax where it applies), for the safety of players and spectators, and for staff you engage. Admit only people with valid tickets, and admit a ticket only once.

10. Prizes

LTP does not run, fund, hold or pay out prize money. You may offer prizes from your own funds, at your own responsibility and in line with the law. A prize must not be paid out of, advertised as, or calculated as a share of the entry fees collected through LTP (no "winner takes the pot"), and you must not pay winners out of a pool of players' money. LTP has no liability for any prize.

11. Player data

When a player books or buys from you, you receive their name, contact and booking details. You are a separate "Data Fiduciary" for what you receive. Use it only to deliver that booking or event, keep it secure, do not use it to market to them unless they agree, do not share or sell it, and delete it when you no longer need it. Tell us at once if you have a data breach that involves players from LTP.

12. Conduct and prohibited use

No fake bookings or reviews, no reviews of your own venue, no discrimination against players, no gambling or betting, no misleading listings, no attempt to take players' payments outside LTP for bookings made on LTP. Content rules in the Terms of Use apply to everything you post.

13. Suspension and ending

You may close your business account at any time once open bookings and refunds are settled. We may suspend or end a business account for breach, fraud, unsafe conduct, a failed verification, a sustained pattern of complaints or a legal requirement, and we tell you why unless the law prevents it. Money owed either way is settled after ending.

14. Liability, indemnity, law and changes

To the extent the law allows, LTP's total liability to you is limited to the commission LTP earned from you in the three months before the claim, and LTP is not liable for loss of profit or business. You indemnify LTP against claims, losses and costs arising from your listings, your venue or event, your acts or staff, your tax, or your breach of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. We may change these terms on 30 days' notice; if you do not agree you may close your account.
