1. What this covers
Payments you make in the LTP app for turf bookings and event tickets and entry fees. It does not cover money you pay a venue or organiser outside the app. This policy does not limit any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
2. In short
- The venue or organiser cancels, or the event does not take placeFull refund, including any convenience fee
- Weather or conditions make it unsafe and it is called offFull refund, including any convenience fee
- A payment problem: charged but no confirmed booking or ticket, or charged twiceFull refund of the extra or unconfirmed payment
- You cancel a turf bookingThe refund shown by the venue's cancellation terms, worked out and shown to you before you confirm
- You cancel a ticketOnly if the organiser's stated policy allows it. By default tickets are not refundable
- You do not turn upNo refund
3. Turf bookings you cancel
Each venue sets its own cancellation windows, for example "cancel at least a set number of hours before, and get a set share back". You see those terms before you pay and again on your booking. When you tap Cancel, the app shows you the exact rupee amount you will get back and asks you to confirm. The refund is worked out on what you paid for the booking. A convenience fee, if there was one, is not refunded when you choose to cancel, except in the cases in section 5 and section 6.
4. Event tickets and entry fees
Unless the organiser has chosen a refund policy, tickets are not refundable. An organiser may choose one, and if it does, it is shown on the event page before you buy and on your ticket. A ticket cannot be used by more than one person, and, except in the cases in section 5, a scanned ticket cannot be refunded.
5. When you always get a full refund
- The venue or organiser cancels a booking or event.
- An event is not held.
- Conditions such as weather, safety concerns or an order from an authority make the booking or event impossible, and it is called off.
- The organiser materially changes the date, time or venue and you cannot attend the new one, and you ask within 7 days of being told.
In these cases we refund the whole amount you paid, including any convenience fee.
6. Payment problems
- Payment failed or was declined. If money left your account, the bank or Razorpay reverses it, usually within 5 to 7 working days. If it has not returned after that, write to us with the time and amount.
- Charged, but the slot or seat was gone or the hold had expired. You are refunded in full, automatically. We do not keep money for a booking we could not confirm.
- Charged twice. The extra payment is refunded in full.
7. How and when you are refunded
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. We start the refund within 5 working days of it becoming due. Your bank or wallet then usually takes 5 to 7 working days to show it. You will see the refund's status in the app. Any tax collected on the refunded amount is refunded with it.
8. No-shows and late arrival
If you do not turn up, or arrive late, there is no refund unless the Partner's stated terms say otherwise. Repeated no-shows also lower your reliability score.
9. Problems and complaints
If a refund has not reached you after the times above, or you disagree with an outcome, write to support@losertopay.com with your booking or ticket reference. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days. You can also approach a consumer commission. If you raise a dispute with your bank, we will provide what it asks for.
